After more than a decade of event planning in Nova Scotia, we've perfected our approach and created a 4-phase process that's tried, tested, and true.
Once we have a good understanding of your event's why, we'll dive into creating a detailed and realistic budget. We'll give vendor recommendations from our knowledge of and connections in Nova Scotia. And we'll provide appropriate suggestions for entertainment and activities for all guests.
Along the way, and out of respect for your busy schedule, we'll respond to every email and phone call promptly. And we'll assume responsibility for the hundreds of decisions and details of your event - with as much or little self-involvement as you prefer.

While other event planning companies or management firms rely on outside design assistance, we design in-house. And with our many years of experience planning corporate and social events in Halifax - as well as weddings under our sister company Elegant Productions - we've designed every style and theme you can imagine.
Whether we're transforming your vision into reality, brainstorming new and creative ideas, or designing marketing materials and event signage - you can count on a sophisticated and creative flair to your event.
IMPLEMENT YOUR VISION
After we've drilled into the logistics and pinpointed a central theme, we'll create a detailed timeline and itinerary so that everyone from your VIPs to the motorcoach driver will know when and where they're needed.
To confirm everything is in order and that no detail has been forgotten, we'll review the timeline and any other pertinent documents together. And to provide an extra layer of assurance, attend planning committee and vendor meetings.

We'll oversee vendor arrival and departure. We'll monitor the staff at the registration desk. We'll ensure the welcome table is perfectly set. And we'll make sure the bus to the reception leaves on time (and with everyone on it.) All the while, we'll direct and delegate efficiently while remaining cool, calm, and collected.

HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT ON YOUR EVENT
Utilizing his background in communications and AV, Andrew is involved in the planning and production of almost all of our events. And with his naturally calm demeanor and practical personality, he is instrumental in handling issues that may arise with ease.
